WHICH ONE SOUNDS LIKE YOU?

Two Common Starting Points.

Most enquiries fall into one of these two situations. You do not need to pick the right one before getting in touch, but telling us which is closer helps us give a more useful first reply.

▣

I Already Have A Website

The site exists but it is not producing the enquiries it should. Usually the fix is improving what is already there rather than starting again.

  • ✓We review the current site, rankings and Google Business Profile
  • ✓You get a clear view of what is holding performance back
  • ✓We improve speed, structure, content and conversion in priority order

I Am Looking For A New Website

You are starting from nothing, or the current site is too dated or fragile to build on. We plan the new site around search visibility and enquiries from day one.

  • ✓We plan structure, pages and service areas before any design work
  • ✓Built in WordPress and Elementor with editable components
  • ✓Existing rankings are protected with proper redirects at launch

NOT SURE WHICH APPLIES?

Rebuild Or Improve? The Honest Answer Depends On The Site.

One of the most common questions we are asked is whether an existing website should be improved or replaced. There is no universal answer, and we would rather give you an honest one than default to the bigger project.

When Improving The Existing Site Makes More Sense

If the current site loads reasonably well, is built on a platform you can maintain, and already has some search visibility, replacing it is often the more expensive and riskier route. In these cases, targeted work usually delivers more: fixing technical issues, restructuring pages around real search intent, strengthening internal links, improving mobile layout and making the calls to action obvious. You keep the equity the site has already earned.

When A New Website Is The Better Investment

A rebuild is justified when the current site is genuinely holding the business back: very slow, not properly usable on a phone, built on something fragile or unsupported, impossible to edit safely, or structured in a way that cannot support the services and areas you actually cover. In that situation, patching individual problems tends to cost more over time than building the site properly once.

What Happens To Your Rankings

Losing search visibility during a rebuild is a real risk, but it is a preventable one. Any new site we build includes URL mapping, redirects, metadata and internal linking planned before launch, so existing rankings carry across rather than being reset. If we do not think a rebuild is the right call for your situation, we will say so, even though it is the smaller piece of work.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

A Simple First Step, Then The Right Next Step.

The first conversation is about fit and priority. It is not an excuse to force every enquiry into the same package.

01

We Review The Context

We look at the website, service area and the outcome you want to improve so the conversation starts with useful context.

02

We Identify The Likely Bottleneck

That may be local visibility, technical SEO, weak commercial pages, conversion friction or a broader website issue.

03

We Recommend The Next Step

The next step may be a focused review, a defined implementation project or a wider roadmap depending on what the business actually needs.

MAKE THE FIRST REVIEW MORE USEFUL

A Few Details Are Enough To Get Started.

You do not need a complete brief. If possible, include the website URL, main service or services, primary town or service area, whether you already manage a Google Business Profile, and the main outcome you care about such as calls, form enquiries, bookings or qualified leads.

If the existing website is working well, we will not recommend replacing it just to create a larger project. If the real issue is local visibility, the work should focus there first.

  • ✓Website URL and primary service.
  • ✓Main town, city or service area.
  • ✓What you want to improve: visibility, traffic, calls, forms or conversion.

NO GENERIC PITCH

The Recommendation Should Match The Current Reality.

A useful first conversation should reduce uncertainty. If the site can be improved, we will say so. If one specific issue should be fixed before a larger campaign, that should be clear too.

✓

No Obligation To Rebuild Everything

The current website may only need targeted improvements rather than a full replacement.

✓

No Need To Choose The Service First

Describe the problem. We can map it to the most sensible workstream after reviewing the setup.

✓

No Passwords In The Form

Access to platforms can be discussed later through appropriate user or partner permissions.

CONTACT QUESTIONS

What To Expect When You Get In Touch.

A first conversation is about understanding the business and the priority, not pushing a package.

How quickly will I hear back?+

We aim to reply to every genuine enquiry within one to two working days. Sending your website URL and the outcome you want to improve helps us give a useful first response rather than a generic reply.

What information should I include?+

The most useful starting details are your website URL, main services, primary town or service area, and the single result you most want to improve, such as calls, form enquiries or bookings. Anything else is a bonus, not a requirement.

Do I need to know which service I want?+

No. Many people are not sure whether the issue is local visibility, the website, technical SEO or conversion. Describe the problem in plain terms and we will map it to the most sensible starting point after a short review.

Is the first conversation free, and is there any obligation?+

An initial conversation to understand fit and priority carries no obligation. If the sensible next step is small and focused, we will say so rather than proposing a large project for its own sake.

Do you work with businesses outside my area?+

Yes. UniPike works remotely with local and service-based businesses across the UK, and the strategy is adapted to your specific service area, market and customer journey.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?+

Often not. If the current site is reasonably fast, maintainable and has some search visibility, improving it is usually better value than replacing it. We will tell you honestly which route we think fits, even when the smaller option is the right one.

Will a new website affect my current rankings?+

It can, if the migration is handled carelessly. We plan URL mapping, redirects, metadata and internal links before launch so existing rankings carry across rather than being reset.

WORKING REMOTELY ACROSS THE UK

Where UniPike Works And How.

UniPike works remotely with local and service-based businesses across the UK. Remote delivery keeps overheads low and lets us focus on the work itself: local SEO, SEO, WordPress and Elementor development and Google Ads, coordinated as one plan rather than separate invoices.

You can reach us by form, phone or email. Whichever you choose, the most useful first message includes your website URL, your main services, your primary town or service area, and the single outcome you most want to improve, whether that is local visibility, organic traffic, calls, form enquiries or conversion.

There is no obligation and no pressure to commit to a large project. If the sensible next step is a small, focused fix, we will say so. If your existing website is already strong, we will not recommend replacing it just to create a bigger engagement.

PREFER TO CONTACT US DIRECTLY?

Call Or Email UniPike Instead.
